These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Cloudcase website and related public services, information, and content provided by Cloudcase Software Solutions Pty Ltd and Cloudcase US, Inc. (“Cloudcase”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).

Note: Use of the Cloudcase platform by licensed customers is governed by separate Master Services Agreements and associated schedules.

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) and have authority to enter into binding agreements. If you use the services on behalf of an organisation, you represent you can bind that organisation to these Terms.
Accounts
Some features may require account registration. You agree to provide accurate information, keep credentials confidential, and promptly notify us of unauthorised access.

You may use the website and services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
Ask Cloudcase AI assistant
Our website offers Ask Cloudcase, an AI assistant that generates answers automatically from our website content. Answers may be inaccurate or incomplete and are provided for general information only. They do not constitute professional, legal, or financial advice, and you should not rely on them as such.
Please do not enter sensitive personal information into the assistant. Questions you submit are processed by third-party AI providers as described in our Privacy Policy. You must not misuse the assistant, including through automated or high-volume querying, attempts to extract its underlying system or instructions, or generating unlawful or harmful content. We may rate-limit or block access to prevent abuse.
Prohibited conduct
- Attempting unauthorised access to systems, networks, or data
- Interfering with the integrity or performance of the services
- Uploading malware or other harmful code
- Automated scraping or harvesting of information
- Misusing the Ask Cloudcase assistant, including automated or excessive querying
- Attempting to circumvent security measures or access controls
