    Cloudcase leadershipteam

Meet the co-founders behind Cloudcase and the leadership philosophy guiding delivery for regulated financial institutions.

Cloudcase was founded in 2015 by four co-founders with a clear vision: build lending technology that empowers financial institutions rather than constraining them. Our leadership team combines experience across financial services, technology, and operations.

    Roger Manu

    Chief Executive Officer and Co‑Founder

Roger leads Cloudcase’s strategic direction and growth. With deep experience in financial services technology, he has guided Cloudcase from an Australian startup to an international enterprise software partner for regulated lenders.

Roger is the primary contact for strategic partnerships and enterprise relationships.

    John Neromiliotis

    Chief Financial Officer and Co‑Founder

John oversees Cloudcase’s financial operations. His stewardship has ensured the company remains profitable and debt‑free while continuing to invest in platform innovation and customer success.

For regulated institutions, vendor stability matters. John’s focus is building a long‑term partner customers can rely on.

    Rian Fergusson

    Chief Technology Officer and Co‑Founder

Rian leads technology strategy and product development. He is the architect behind Cloudcase’s configuration‑driven platform approach and multivariate decisioning patterns.

Rian oversees the Innovation Lab, where Cloudcase invests in research and development to keep the platform at the forefront of lending technology.

    Jim Drainas

    General Manager and Co‑Founder

Jim leads operational delivery across professional services and customer success. His focus on implementation excellence has been central to Cloudcase’s delivery outcomes since inception.

Jim’s approach is grounded in genuine partnership: outcomes, governance, and operational readiness, beyond the software itself.

    Leadership philosophy

Our approach is anchored in three pillars that guide how we treat customers, partners, and each other.

    Ethos

Act ethically through integrity and transparent communication.

    Pathos

Act empathetically by listening first and treating relationships with care.

    Logos

Act logically by applying experience, learning, and disciplined decision-making.
