Oxford Bank, a subsidiary of Oxford Bank Corporation, and the oldest commercial bank in Oakland County, Michigan, is leveraging Cloudcase’s fully configurable platform to digitize its commercial lending process, in a unique way that best fits the needs of customers and credit policies. Digitizing its unique process allows the Oxford Bank team to focus on providing the best customer experience with confidence that its process is standardized across the organization.
